Our drop-off and pick-up procedures are designed to keep students safe, maintain an orderly flow of traffic, and make arrival and dismissal as efficient as possible. Please review the following information carefully.

Regular School-Day Times
Drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m.
The school day begins at:- 8:00 a.m. for grades 9–12
- 8:00 a.m. for PreK3–8th grade
Afternoon dismissal begins at:- 3:00 p.m. for PreK3–Kindergarten
- 3:20 p.m. for grades 1–8
- 3:30 p.m. for grades 9–12 MTThF and 3:20 p.m. W

Early Dismissal Days
On scheduled early dismissal days, students are dismissed at the following times:- 11:45 a.m. for PreK3–Kindergarten
- 12:00 p.m. for grades 1–8
- 12:10 p.m. for grades 9–12
After-school care is not available on early dismissal days. -
Late Arrival Procedures
The gate between the St. Louis Church parking lot and the High School parking lot will close promptly at 8:00 a.m. Students arriving at 8:00 a.m. or later must enter through the front entrance of their respective campus.
Families who have not entered the car line before the school day begins must park at the appropriate campus and escort their child to the front office to check in. Students arriving after their designated start time will be considered tardy.

Church-to-School Gate
The gate between the St. Louis Church parking lot and the high school parking lot provides access to the school’s arrival and dismissal routes.
The gate will close promptly at 8:00 a.m. Families who have not entered the car line before the gate closes must park at the appropriate campus and escort their child to the front office to check in. Students arriving after their designated start time will be considered tardy.

Important Safety Reminders
- Children in the left-hand lane should exit the vehicle from the driver’s side only.
- Children in the right-hand lane should exit from the passenger’s side only and walk carefully to the designated crosswalk.
- Parents and guardians should remain in their vehicles. School staff will assist younger students as needed.
- Please put phones away while driving. State law prohibits the use of handheld cell phones in active school zones.
- Follow all directions given by school staff and remain alert for students and pedestrians at all times.

Car Tags for Lower School Pick Up
Individuals who are picking up students from the lower school are required to exhibit a car tag on the inside mirror of their vehicle. Students will not be released if a car tag is not visibly displayed in the car. Car tags can be picked up at the lower school front office.
