The safety of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors is a top priority at Bishop Reicher. We use a layered approach to campus security that includes state-of-the-art security cameras, controlled access to school buildings, monitored entry points, and clear visitor procedures. Security personnel are also present at the Lower School during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up and on.

Visitor Check-In

All visitors must enter through the designated front office entrance and check in before proceeding onto either campus.

The Lower School uses the Ruvna Visitor Management System. Visitors are required to:

• Present a valid, government-issued photo ID
• Receive and wear a printed visitor badge while on campus
• Check out through the front office before leaving

Faculty and staff members also wear identification badges, helping students and school personnel quickly recognize authorized adults on campus.

Campus Entry Procedures

All exterior doors remain locked during the school day. Visitors may enter school buildings only through the designated front office entrance.
