At Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School, the Fine Arts are an essential part of a Catholic liberal arts education. Through music, theatre, and visual art, students encounter beauty, develop their God-given gifts, and learn to express ideas with creativity, discipline, and purpose.

Students may participate in band, choir, drumline, theatre, and visual arts. These experiences strengthen artistic skill while also building confidence, collaboration, perseverance, and an appreciation for the beauty and order found in God’s creation.

Our revitalized theatre program gives Middle School and High School students opportunities to grow in acting, singing, movement, stage presence, and technical production. Recent productions have included Aladdin Jr. and Annie Jr., bringing students together to create meaningful performances for the Bishop Reicher community.

Fine Arts education helps students become attentive, thoughtful, and imaginative. By learning to create, perform, and appreciate works of beauty, students are formed not only as artists, but also as well-rounded individuals prepared to seek what is true, good, and beautiful.

Fine Arts education is important because it:
