At Bishop Reicher, leadership is rooted in faith, service, character, and responsibility. Students are encouraged to recognize their God-given gifts and use them to serve others, strengthen their community, and lead with integrity.
Leadership formation takes place throughout the student experience, in the classroom, through athletics and fine arts, during worship and service opportunities, and through participation in clubs and student organizations. Students learn that leadership is not simply holding a title; it is choosing to act with courage, humility, compassion, and a commitment to the common good.
Through age-appropriate opportunities across grade levels, Bishop Reicher helps students develop confidence, communication skills, sound judgment, and a servant’s heart. Our goal is to form young people who are prepared to lead in their families, churches, communities, and future vocations.
